**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to our members, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
* Help members navigate their healthcare plans, providing clear and concise information about their benefits and coverage
* Make a positive difference in the lives of our members, demonstrating empathy, compassion, and a genuine concern for their well-being
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver world-class support to our members, sharing knowledge and best practices to ensure seamless service delivery

**Essential Qualifications**
* 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as call center, retail, or hospitality
* PC proficiency in Windows-based applications
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and members
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities and deadlines
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
