**About the Role**
We are seeking experienced and motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our team on a seasonal basis. As a Provider Services Representative, you will be responsible for coordinating and collecting medical records from provider offices, medical groups, and other medical facilities. **Key Responsibilities**
* Make outbound calls to provider offices and answer inbound calls to ensure seamless communication
