**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality service to our members, answering questions about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions, and facilitating treatment solutions. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to our members, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Answer questions about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions, and provide personalized solutions to facilitate treatment
* Utilize your problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns to senior team members when necessary
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and efficient resolution of member concerns
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your knowledge and skills
* Adhere to HIPAA compliance and federal regulations, maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and data security
**Qualifications and Requirements**
* 1 year of customer interaction experience in a call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, or military setting
* Computer experience with Windows-based applications
* Associate's degree or equivalent experience
* Ability to solve problems in a positive and constructive manner
* Excellent customer service skills, including telephone communication and professionalism
