**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to plan members via phone calls, resolving issues and answering questions about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions
* Facilitate treatment solutions by providing necessary information and resources to plan members
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer experience
* Stay up-to-date on healthcare policies, procedures, and regulations to provide accurate information to plan members
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1 year of customer interaction experience in a call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, or military setting
* Computer experience with Windows-based applications
* Associate's degree or equivalent experience
* Ability to solve problems in a positive and constructive manner
* Excellent customer service skills, including telephone communication and professionalism
* Patience and understanding, able to convey trust and confidence
* Reliability and compliance with certain standards
