**About the Role**
As a Customer Service Representative in our Healthcare division, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while navigating the complexities of the healthcare industry. You will work from home and interact with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the web. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing inbound customer support and resolving technical issues related to healthcare services and products
* Assisting customers with correcting or adjusting healthcare-related concerns
* Assessing all in-bound calls to accurately and efficiently address member's needs by maintaining a strong customer focus
* Being patient and compassionate while working as a team player and using all available resources to provide the best outcome to the member
* Being efficient in navigating multiple systems and delivering expert customer experiences with a smile
**Your Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
* Passion for helping others and strong customer service orientation
* Minimum 6 months customer service experience
* Verifiable High School diploma or GED
* Basic computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
* Proficiency in fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
* Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
