**Responsibilities**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Delivering exceptional customer service experiences, consistently meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets
* Managing customer accounts, providing technical support, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Entering application data, responding to online chat inquiries, and interpreting defined procedures and policies

* Participating in extensive self-study, training, and testing programs, with opportunities for certification and advancement
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 18 years of age or older
* Minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s
* Dedicated, private, and secure workspace
* Personal laptop or desktop computer required for the training period
* Commitment to full attendance during the 3-week training period
* Completion of a background check and health screening
* Cable/fiber broadband internet with a hard-wired Ethernet connection (mobile internet service providers and satellite not compatible)
**Qualifications**
We're looking for individuals with:
* Moderate to advanced computer skills
* High level of comfort learning new technology
* High level of professionalism
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Comfortable working from home
* Self-motivation and a success-driven mindset
**Preferred Experience**
While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, as well as familiarity with CRM systems and practices, are highly desirable. Spanish bilingual skills are also a plus.
