Your key responsibilities will include: * **Providing Excellent Customer Service**: You'll be the face of arenaflex, and it's essential that you provide a consistently high level of service to our customers. * **Airport Operations**: You'll be responsible for carrying out a range of airport-related tasks, including check-in, gates, transfer, arrival, luggage services, and ticketing. * **Administrative Responsibilities**: You'll be required to complete a range of administrative tasks, including Atac, preflight, and post-flight departure. * **Promoting arenaflex Services**: You'll be responsible for promoting arenaflex services and products to our customers, and for selling our services to our passengers. * **Compliance**: You'll be required to adhere to all arenaflex policies and procedures, including those related to safety and security. **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications: * **Excellent Interpersonal Skills**: You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management. * **Solution-Oriented Approach**: You'll need to be able to resolve conflicts and issues in a professional and timely manner. * **Ability to Work in a Stressful Environment**: You'll need to be able to handle a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, with minimal supervision. * **Strong Customer Focus**: You'll need to be able to provide a consistently high level of service to our customers, and to be able to communicate effectively with them. * **Ability to Represent arenaflex**: You'll need to be able to represent arenaflex in a professional and positive manner, both in person and over the phone. * **Valid BAA Airside Pass**: You'll need to be in possession of a valid BAA airside pass, and be willing to obtain a BAA driving license as required. * **GSAT Training**: You'll need to be GSAT trained, and be willing to complete any additional training as required. * **Valid DVLA Driving License**: You'll need to be in possession of a valid DVLA driving license, and be willing to obtain a BAA driving license as required. * **Ability to Teach and Maintain a BAA Jet Bridge Permit**: You'll need to be willing and able to teach and maintain a valid BAA jet bridge permit as required. **Desired Qualifications** While not essential, the following qualifications would be desirable: * **PC Skills**: You'll need to be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email. * **Experience in a Customer-Facing Role**: You'll need to have experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the airline industry. **About arenaflex** arenaflex is a global airline that operates in multiple countries and territories.
