**Key Responsibilities:**
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate and timely resolutions to their concerns
* Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and empathetic manner, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed
* Process customer orders, including taking payments and handling returns/exchanges

**Essential Qualifications:**
