**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative – Fraud Disputes and Merchant Disputes, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Managing and coordinating branch resources, such as financial documents and securities in national and foreign currency
* Assisting Tellers with day-to-day banking activities to ensure processes are completed in an accurate and efficient manner
* Controlling and managing cash, valuated forms, and means of access
* Supervising and ensuring that proper banking protocols are completed
* Reconciling teller transactions against branch accounting
* Performing banking administrative tasks and follow-ups, as needed for the branch
* Assisting with the opening and management of customer accounts
* Assisting with window operations and funneling overflow to other channels
* Fulfilling clients' necessities while providing an exceptional client experience
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 2-4 years' relevant experience in customer service
* Knowledge of regulations and operational processes of branch banking
* Microsoft Office experience
