Our team of experts is dedicated to helping our clients succeed, and we're committed to creating a work environment that's supportive, inclusive, and empowering. **Key Responsibilities** As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and emails * Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues * Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues * Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and client expectations * Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills **Schedule Flexibility** We understand that everyone's schedule is different, which is why we offer flexible work schedule options to fit your lifestyle. You'll have the opportunity to create a schedule that works best for you, with the majority of work hours taking place during weekdays and daytime hours. **Earnings & Revenue** As an independent contractor with arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to earn up to $19 per hour, with pay determined by your phone call status when assisting customers. You'll also have access to additional incentives based on client and performance metrics. **Required Skills & Qualifications** To succeed as a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll need: * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills * Proven track record in customer service and delivering outstanding customer care * Keen attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills * Friendly, empathetic tone, and professional demeanor * Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful mindset * Proficient in using technology, including computer applications and software **Technology & Equipment Requirements** To ensure seamless communication and connectivity, you'll need: * A quiet and secure work environment during working hours * A personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted) * A wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication * High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity * Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS) * Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed * A smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad for program work, along with an authentication app **Work Environment Requirements** To ensure a productive and efficient work environment, you'll need: * A quiet, uninterrupted space * An organized desk area **Important Information** * We are currently unable to work with contractors residing in Alaska, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Michigan, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, or Washington DC. * Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check. * We are able to work with contractors residing in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, South Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming. **Contractual Relationship** The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex.
