**Role Highlights**
* Earn a competitive hourly rate of $18.50 per hour
* Receive a $310 certification bonus for completing our comprehensive training program
* Enjoy a $5.00 per hour Turbo Bonus Boost from April 9th through 15th (unlimited hours available, with a minimum of 8 hours required each day on April 13th, 14th, and 15th)
* Work from home on a flexible schedule between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST, Monday to Sunday
* Minimum 30 hours per week required, with opportunities to work more hours as needed
* Collaborate with a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and a Marketplace Performance Specialist (MPS) to provide top-notch support to our customers
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers via phone, email, and chat
* Answering customer questions and resolving issues related to arenaflex products and services
* Utilizing your problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex customer issues
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
* Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
