**Job Responsibilities:**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and digital channels
* Answering questions and resolving issues related to 401(k) account balances, withdrawals, loans, and account maintenance
* Educating customers on financial services and products to help them make informed decisions
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience
* Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

**Shifts and Hours:**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will work Monday through Friday, with training hours from 8:30am to 5:00pm EST. After training, you will work an 8-hour shift between 8:30am and Midnight EST.
**Certifications:**
arenaflex does not offer work visas for this role. We welcome applicants with experience in jobs such as Accounts Receivable Clerk, Financial Analyst, and Accounting Manager, and others in the Accounting and Finance field.
