**Your Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Greeting customers, running the register, and providing excellent customer care
* Selling products to customers and making purchase suggestions
* Working with our food program and maintaining high standards for store appearance
* Interacting with customers daily and working with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks around the store
* Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance
* Performing at a quick pace while having fun and working as part of a team to accomplish daily goals
* Coming up with great ideas to solve problems and thinking quickly to offer suggestions
**Your Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
* Sales associate or cashiering experience
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Motivation to advance in your career and a willingness to learn and have fun
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service
* Physical stamina to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and perform other physical demands of the job
