**Job Summary**
As an entry-level Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in our customer team, serving as the primary contact for incoming phone calls and support tickets. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional support, troubleshooting common issues, and collaborating with our sales and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. **Responsibilities**
• **Serve as the primary contact for incoming phone calls and support tickets**: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
• **Provide the first touch for incoming support tickets through CRM or email**: Determine support issues, escalate appropriately, and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
• **Identify discrepancies between Hubspot and CRM with contacts, hardware, and professional services**: Ensure data accuracy and consistency across our systems.
• **Maintain data within CRM including company, individual, invoicing, and shipping contacts**: Update and manage customer information to ensure seamless communication and support.
• **Troubleshoot common issues with hardware or software and provide basic tech support**: Document issues and escalate to 2nd tier technical support when required.
• **Complete order entry for new orders**: Collaborate closely with our sales and Customer Success teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
• **Assist with additional duties as directed**: Be flexible and willing to take on new challenges and responsibilities as needed.
**Experience Preferred**
• **Customer service-related experience**: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS or technical support environment.
• **Basic computer knowledge**: Familiarity with CRM systems, email, and other software applications.
• **Experience working within Hubspot CRM or similar**: Previous experience with Hubspot or similar CRM systems is a plus.
**Skills and Qualifications**
• **High School Diploma**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• **A high level of accuracy and attention to detail**: Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all customer interactions and data management.
• **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**: Provide exceptional customer service, communicate effectively with colleagues and customers, and build strong relationships.
• **Candidate must read and speak English fluently**: Effective communication is essential in this role.
• **Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines**: Prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines to ensure seamless customer experiences.
**Job Type**
• **Full-time**: This is a full-time position with a regular 8-hour shift.
**Pay and Benefits**
• **$34,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year**: Competitive salary range based on experience.
