As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing prompt, convenient service to our clients, maximizing our field technicians' time and mileage, and ensuring that our customers are happy. You'll be the face of arenaflex, representing our brand and values to our clients. **Key Responsibilities** * Respond to incoming client calls, emails, and messages in a timely and professional manner * Multitask with a computer program to enter data while talking to customers, using a script to relay how their service call will work * Provide prompt, convenient service to maximize our field technicians' time and mileage * Collect payments, pull permits, and conduct research as needed * Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure seamless communication with our field technicians and clients * Collaborate with our field technicians to ensure that our clients receive the best possible service **Requirements** * Verifiable experience in a fast-paced customer service/scheduling & dispatch position * Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing prompt, convenient service * Ability to multitask with a computer program while talking to customers * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with others * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the electrical services industry or a related field * Familiarity with electrical codes and regulations * Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on providing prompt, convenient service * Ability to multitask with a computer program while talking to customers * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Ability to work well under pressure, with a focus on providing exceptional service to our clients * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we believe that our employees are our greatest asset.
