As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing advanced client support via phone, email, or chat, helping clients navigate our DIY online and software tax products. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, have a knack for problem-solving, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, then this role is perfect for you. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide advanced client support via phone, email, or chat, helping clients resolve issues with our DIY online and software tax products * Interpret clients' needs, utilize software solutions, and troubleshooting skills to identify practical solutions * Utilize software solutions, knowledge base, and computer systems to resolve and track user incidents * Identify potential security issues and escalate them appropriately to business partners, including partnering with developers and other lines of business * Communicate clearly and calmly on the telephone, email, and chat, using effective customer service techniques to resolve client issues * Demonstrate excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, interacting with all levels of associates **Requirements:** * High school diploma or equivalent * General computer navigation knowledge * Must have a place in your residence that would be suitable for taking phone calls or chats in an area you would consider to be secure * Must have an outlet for laptop and monitors to be connected to * Need to be able to have a wired internet connection (not WiFi) at home with minimum upload and download speeds of 15MBps (Internet Speed Test required) * Must have a smartphone and be willing to install an RSA token as well as Microsoft Teams on it **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in customer service or financial services position, preferably in a large phone center * Experience in an in-bound help desk environment * Prior experience with Microsoft Office, general computer software troubleshooting, and/or networking connectivity problems **What We Offer:** * 100% work-from-home opportunity * Shift differential pay for mid, evening, and weekend shifts * Additional monthly and end-of-season incentives for exceeding performance standards * Opportunity to participate in one or more incentive compensation or short-term incentive plans, which could generate additional earnings * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical and prescription drug coverage, retirement savings plan, employee assistance program, virtual fitness center programs, and associate discount program * Automatic enrollment in Business Travel Accident Insurance * Associate Tax Prep benefit **How to Apply:** If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and are looking for a rewarding career opportunity, then apply now!
