**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the front face of our company, interacting with customers, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. You'll be responsible for:
* Fielding important calls from customers, listening to their concerns, and finding solutions to their problems
* Scheduling appointments, organizing sales calls, and dispatching our technicians to the homeowner
* Entering data and prioritizing services using our state-of-the-art computer program
* Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable
* Collaborating with our team to resolve issues, share knowledge, and drive results
**Key Responsibilities**
* Answering customer calls, responding to emails, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Scheduling appointments, organizing sales calls, and dispatching our technicians to the homeowner
* Entering data and prioritizing services using our computer program
* Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable
* Collaborating with our team to resolve issues, share knowledge, and drive results
* Staying up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products to provide accurate information to customers
* Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Basic knowledge of computers and software applications
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Prior customer service experience, preferably in the home service industry
* Background in HVAC or a related field
* Experience with computer-aided dispatch (CAD) systems
