**What will you do as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex?**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their requests through phone, chat, and/or email. You'll be responsible for preventing issues, solving queries, and delighting our customers with your exceptional support skills. You'll use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers to resolve their concerns.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Use problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
* Provide exceptional support experiences through phone, chat, and/or email
* Use arenaflex's customer service tools and systems to navigate and resolve customer issues
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
* Stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services to provide accurate information to customers
* Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and resolution targets

* Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
* Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative)
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
