Our team members are the backbone of our success, and we're looking for talented individuals who share our passion for delivering exceptional customer service. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service in a positive and approachable manner, ensuring that every customer leaves the store feeling valued and satisfied. * Maintaining a clean, well-stocked store environment that meets arenaflex's high standards. * Assisting with the unloading of merchandise from delivery trucks, organizing merchandise, and transporting merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor. * Independently stocking shelves and recovering merchandise in the store, ensuring that products are displayed attractively and easily accessible to customers. * Accurately handling customer funds and processing transactions using the POS system, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. * Remaining constantly aware of customer activity to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment, preventing theft and maintaining a positive store atmosphere. * Performing all other duties as assigned to maintain an effective and profitable store operation. **Position Requirements** * Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. You should be able to follow directives and interpret retail operational documents as assigned. * Experience: Previous experience working in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments is preferred, but not required. We're looking for individuals who are eager to learn and grow with our company. * Physical Requirements: You should be able to regularly lift up to 40lbs. (and occasionally, up to 55lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height.
