**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems
* Assisting customers with product information, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
* Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality
* Meeting and exceeding personal and team target goals, while striving for continuous improvement
* Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes to maintain accurate records
* Upselling and cross-selling products and services to customers as needed
* Scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and provide a positive experience

**Essential Qualifications**

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
