**Your Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through:
* Answering customer calls and resolving issues in a professional and decisive manner.
* Building sales experience by upselling additional services to customers who are looking to enhance their outdoor living space.
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
* Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding our products and services.

**Essential Qualifications**
