**Job Summary**
As an experienced customer service representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to arenaflex clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, while also identifying opportunities to upsell and improve customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer care and focus, with a strong emphasis on assessing customers' needs and providing the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems in a professional and courteous manner

**Requirements**
