**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems. You'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, resolving their inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring a positive experience. Your excellent communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will enable you to build strong relationships with our clients, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems, providing exceptional customer experiences through each interaction
* Assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
* Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies, ensuring compliance and consistency
* Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
* Upsell products and services as needed, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction
* Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs, ensuring timely and effective resolution
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty
**Requirements**
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
* Basic computer skills and experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
* Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries
* Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
* Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences in a remote setting
* Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
* Experience working with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
* Fluency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds
