**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, helping customers navigate our website and online ordering, and becoming a product and solutions expert. **Key Responsibilities**
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat
* Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering
* Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service
**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
