**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Delivering exceptional customer service via inbound phone calls and emails, ensuring that customer needs are anticipated, understood, and exceeded
* Escalating customer issues as appropriate with internal resources and ensuring closed-loop responses or corrective actions are achieved
* Delivering promised follow-up information to meet or exceed customer expectations
* Supporting inbound lead generation activities via email and webform, ensuring prompt follow-through for prospective customers
* Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM and developing core business processes to improve customer response times
* Identifying customer pain points and assisting in developing appropriate responses to improve customer satisfaction
* Fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
* Leveraging technology, tools, and best practices to improve customer interaction
* Identifying and participating in resolving automated or manual call routing issues
* Developing arenaflex product and service knowledge to resolve common customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
**Work Environment & Physical Demand**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll work in a dynamic office environment that values collaboration and innovation. Our core business hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, and we offer a hybrid work environment that allows for scheduled work from home and office. You'll be required to:
* Work in a business casual dress attire
* Operate a computer for approximately 6-8 hours per day, requiring manual dexterity with hands and wrists
* Communicate verbally by phone and in person, and in writing via email and MS Office
* Sit and/or stand at a desk for approximately 6-8 hours per day
* Bend, stoop, push/pull/lift up to 20 lbs. occasionally during an 8-hour day
* Work in an office environment with typical noise levels, such as copier, printer, shredder, voice conversations, and background road noise
**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**
To succeed as an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* At least 1 year of experience in customer service
* Experience in the construction or site services industry is a plus
* Proven ability to prioritize and advocate for customer needs
* Proficiency in customer service software and tools (CRM systems) is preferred
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Exceptional written, verbal, and listening interpersonal and communication skills
* Demonstrated ability to multi-task and organize work
* Ability to resolve basic situations and maintain composure under pressure
