**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers through phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns. **Key Responsibilities**
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
