**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring they have a positive shopping experience. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provides customer engagement in a positive and approachable manner, ensuring every customer feels valued and supported.
* Assists in maintaining a clean, well-stocked store for customers during their shopping experience, creating a welcoming environment that encourages exploration and discovery.
* Helps in the unloading of merchandise from delivery trucks, organizes merchandise, and transports merchandise from stockroom to sales floor, ensuring efficient inventory management and minimizing stockroom clutter.
* Independently stocks shelves and recovers merchandise in the store, maintaining a visually appealing store layout that showcases our products in the best possible light.
* Accurately handles customer funds and processes transactions using the POS system, ensuring seamless checkout experiences and minimizing errors.
* Remains constantly aware of customer activity to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment, anticipating and addressing any potential issues before they escalate.
* Performs all other duties as assigned in order to maintain an effective and profitable store operation, embracing a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
**Position Requirements**
* Education: Prefer completion of high school or equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in basic math, reading, and writing skills.
* Experience: Prefer experience working in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments, showcasing a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Physical Requirements: Ability to regularly lift up to 40lbs. (and occasionally, up to 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height, with or without reasonable accommodation, ensuring you can meet the demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
* Availability: Ability to work flexible, full-time schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, demonstrating a willingness to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
