**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional customer service using available training programs and measurement tools
* Maintaining a balanced cash drawer and resolving errors or discrepancies as they arise
* Buying and selling currency from the vault as necessary, ensuring teller drawer cash limits are not exceeded
* Understanding the features and benefits of arenaflex consumer and business products and services
* Answering basic customer inquiries and cross-selling when appropriate
* Working effectively in a team-oriented environment
* Following all arenaflex policies and procedures
* Performing other duties as assigned
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
* Customer service-oriented individual with a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer experiences
* Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
* Basic mathematical and cash handling skills
* Basic keyboard navigation ability
* Understanding and application of banking compliance regulations
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (including Outlook and Word) is preferred
* Bilingual abilities are a plus
