**Job Description**
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will process customer orders and inquiries, communicate with customers to resolve issues, and help customers navigate our website and online ordering system. You will also become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you to provide legendary service for our customers
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
