We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Remote Customer Service Representative - Credit.
**Position Purpose:**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative - Credit, you will play a critical role in maintaining sound customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed, accuracy, and professionalism. You will provide timely responses to customer inquiries, process credits on behalf of the customer, and ensure that all aspects of a customer's needs are met. In addition to regular CSR duties, you will also be responsible for creating and clearing credits per current credit policy.
**Key Job Activities:**
* Utilize excellent communication and multitasking skills to respond timely to customer inquiries and process requests, according to established standards with attention to style, tone, and manner of communication, received through the automated phone system, email, web, or mail regarding inquiries on invoices, payments, and collections as outlined by the Customer Service Supervisor.
* Position arenaflex products and services to customers, ensuring that they are aware of the benefits and value proposition of our solutions.
* Re-search customer issues and find workable solutions to resolve customer concerns.
* Share ideas with the department that increase efficiencies and effectiveness of customer needs.
* Perform necessary record-keeping activities to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information.
* Use company systems to complete required follow-up and/or corrections on accounts.
* Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
**Education:**
* High School Diploma or Equivalent is preferred.
