As a rapidly growing company backed by top-tier venture capital firms, we're looking for a talented Contract Customer Service Representative to join our team and help us achieve our mission. **About the Role** As a Contract Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in engaging with our members to help them find the right healthcare for their needs, understand how our program works, and assist them in getting their eligible claims paid. This role requires a passion for helping people, a proactive problem-solving approach, and excellent communication skills.
