Experienced Customer Service Representative – Commercial Banking Support

You'll be the primary point of contact for clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Your excellent communication and problem-solving skills will enable you to build strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist Commercial Banking teams with service-related matters, including operations, account opening and maintenance, cash management, and loan servicing * Take ownership of customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns to senior team members as needed * Utilize case management tools to prioritize tasks, monitor progress, and meet service level agreements * Establish robust partnerships with internal teams, including business, operations, and banking teams, to deliver a seamless experience for clients * Review daily reports, temporary overdrafts, and funds transfer requests, including fee modifications and waivers * Collect documents and liaise with clients and internal teams for account opening and KYC processes * Perform client call backs to authenticate and verify client requests related to client transactions, account maintenance, and loan servicing * Coordinate and manage manual wire and internal transfer requests * Multitask and assist clients/internal partners via various communication methods (e.g., online application, phone, chat, in-person, email) * Utilize problem-solving skills, sound judgment, creativity, and experience to analyze information and resolve tasks and issues * Effectively handle communication and response to processing requests, providing instructions, scheduled training, bank projects, voicemails, and emails for both internal partners and external clients * Demonstrate a high level of integrity, accountability, and consideration of client and bank reputational risk, following compliance guidelines and company policies **Qualifications** * 1-3 years of experience in the financial industry or transferable skills * Passion for providing white-glove customer service * Desire to be part of a team that strives to improve client experience, actively collaborates to get the job done, and contributes to a harmonious work culture * Self-starter with the ability to multitask/prioritize workload to ensure timely, efficient, and accurate execution * Bachelor's Degree or transferable experience for the position * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to multitask and prioritize workload * Strong analytical and critical thinking skills * Proficiency in case management tools and software * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to build strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders * Strong understanding of financial industry regulations and compliance guidelines **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At careerzynith, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their careers.
