**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative - Claims (Total Loss) at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in assisting customers with our claims process related to total losses. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing claims, and resolving complex issues in a timely and professional manner. **Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to customers via telephone, email, and other communication channels
* Assist customers with new and existing claims related to total losses, including processing letters and issuing payments to insureds, claimants, and vendors
* Process and adjust losses for a variety of claims with the exception of bodily injury
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex claims and ensure timely resolution
* Work from home up to two days a week once trained to work independently
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
**Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent education required
* Previous customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
* Previous insurance background is a plus, but not required
* After hire, employees will be required to obtain a state insurance license and meet continuing education requirements to maintain their license (comprehensive training will be provided)

**Compensation and Benefits**
* Starting annual salary: $41,053, with opportunities for negotiation based on level of experience and applicable licenses within the Property and Casualty Industry
