**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers through phone, email, and chat to resolve their inquiries and concerns. You will be equipped with the knowledge and skills to provide legendary service, answering product, pricing, and shipping questions with confidence. With a focus on collaboration and teamwork, you will work closely with our call center team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their inquiries and concerns
* Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering
* Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
* Collaborate with the call center team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you to provide legendary service for our customers
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with technology
