* Answering customer inquiries and providing policy information
* Assisting clients with policy changes and updates
* Processing insurance claims and following up with clients

**Qualifications**

* Strong understanding of navigating Underwriting, with the ability to analyze and interpret data
* Detailed note-taking skills, with the ability to record and maintain accurate customer interactions
* Separate working room or home office, with a dedicated workspace and minimal distractions
* Strong knowledge of Billing and Payments, with the ability to manage and process transactions accurately
* Detail-oriented and able to multitask, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Previous customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry
