Our commitment to excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction drives everything we do. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a 3-month contract basis, with opportunities for growth and development based on performance and demand. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, helping them navigate the complexities of benefits enrollment and open enrollment. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs, provide accurate information, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. **Key Responsibilities** * Receive and respond to 30-40 inbound calls per day from a queue, providing benefit and open enrollment information to ADP client employees * Explain and interpret complex aspects of company insurance programs to employees and dependents, ensuring they understand their benefits and options * Examine, assess, and combine data to provide information on benefits and group insurance programs, identifying areas for modification or changes in program design and administrative procedures * Record employee enrollment in benefits, ensuring accurate and timely processing * Utilize your expertise in benefits and insurance programs to provide in-depth knowledge and support to clients, requiring a strong understanding of company policies and administrative procedures **Qualifications** * Previous customer service experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional support and resolving issues * Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Word, with the ability to navigate computer systems while on the phone with customers * Strong attendance and reliability, with the ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional Saturday shifts **Essential Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong attention to detail, with the ability to ensure accuracy and precision in all aspects of the job * Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
