**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling a high volume of incoming calls and chats with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Gathering customer information, assessing, and fulfilling customer needs
* Educating customers regarding tax preparation products and services
* Utilizing and navigating multiple systems simultaneously to resolve customer issues
* Meeting or exceeding company and client performance metrics
* Maintaining a balance between company policy and client benefit in decision-making
* Evaluating and identifying opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact our clients and their customers
* Accepting and embracing changes within the current business environment
* Compiling and documenting customer information as required
**Our Ideal Candidate**
We're looking for individuals who possess:
* At least a High School diploma or equivalent
* Minimum of 1 year call center experience required
* Minimum of 1 year customer service experience required
* Minimum of 2 years computer experience in a work environment
* Tech support experience is strongly preferred
* Ability to multi-task and navigate between multiple windows or within web-based applications
* Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Problem-solving skills
* A dedicated area to work from in your home
* Internet speed requirement of 50 Mb/s for download speeds and 10 Mb/s for upload speeds (Wired access is required)
