**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks that will keep you engaged and challenged. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional customer service to our customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
* Managing loan payments and balancing accounts with accuracy and efficiency
* Balancing cash drawers according to branch policy and comparing totaled amounts to Integrated teller totals
* Reporting malfunctions of teller machines and other equipment used at the customer service station
* Balancing and/or servicing ATM machines as required
* Receiving and processing mortgage, consumer loan, and other payments
* Generating customer receipts and ensuring accurate and timely processing
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
* High School Diploma or GED
* Preferred minimum of six (6) months of cash handling and/or customer service experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work all shifts, including day shifts and Saturdays
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
