Some of your key responsibilities will include: * Providing exceptional customer service to our customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise * Managing loan payments and balancing accounts with accuracy and efficiency * Balancing cash drawers according to branch policy and comparing totaled amounts to Integrated teller totals * Reporting malfunctions of teller machines and other equipment used at the customer service station * Balancing and/or servicing ATM machines as required * Receiving and processing mortgage, consumer loan, and other payments * Generating customer receipts and ensuring accurate and timely processing **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications: * High School Diploma or GED * Preferred minimum of six (6) months of cash handling and/or customer service experience * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work all shifts, including day shifts and Saturdays * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities **Essential Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential skills and competencies: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work effectively in a team environment * Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset in this role: * Previous experience in a banking or financial services environment * Knowledge of banking and financial products and services * Experience with cash handling and processing * Ability to speak multiple languages **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
