We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our remote team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our auto dealer clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. You will work closely with our internal teams to resolve customer issues, provide timely and accurate solutions, and maintain a positive and upbeat attitude.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide fantastic service over the phone, via email, and through chat, ensuring that customers are satisfied with their experience
- Use your computer skills to research requests related to profile assistance, track vehicle shipments and vehicle orders, and assist with car warranties
- Escalate critical orders and offer timely and accurate solutions, while maintaining a positive and upbeat attitude
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide support
- Meet deadlines and maintain a high level of productivity, while ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded
**Skills for Success**
- Computer, typing, and phone skills, with the ability to speak and type proficiently at the same time
- Problem-solving skills, with the ability to act as a consultant and resolve customer issues

**Eligibility Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
- Available to work during the hours of 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Eastern time, Monday to Friday
- Must be a Michigan resident, with high-speed internet access at home and a secluded and distraction-free work environment

- Degree in a relevant or related field
- Experience in the automotive industry
- Previous experience in a remote work environment
