**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in helping customers navigate their pharmacy benefit plans. You will be responsible for answering inbound calls, addressing questions about prescription coverage, mail-order solutions, and other related topics. Through your expertise and knowledge, you will provide the necessary solutions to enhance customers' healthcare experience.

* Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries about pharmacy benefit plans, prescription coverage, and mail-order solutions
* Provide accurate and timely information to customers, ensuring they understand their benefits and options

* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
