**Job Summary:**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our arenaflex Answer Team as a Consultant. As a single point of contact for our clients, you'll be responsible for responding to service requests and issues, including enrollment and billing, commissions, technical support, install/group administration, and all other routine customer service inquiries. Your primary goal will be to deliver first-call resolution for 90-95% of inquiries by accurately identifying, researching, and resolving issues based on the initial phone call/letter/email from the client.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Respond to client service requests and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Deliver first-call resolution for 90-95% of inquiries by accurately identifying, researching, and resolving issues
* Utilize process improvement and root-cause analysis methodologies to identify and resolve recurring issues
* Develop technical acumen to effectively troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
* Provide exceptional customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve overall customer experience
* Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate information to clients
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Prior call center experience with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
* Experience in using process improvement and root-cause analysis methodologies
* Capability to develop technical acumen and troubleshoot complex technical issues
* Strong client-facing orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently
* High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience working in a healthcare or insurance industry
* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
