**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative – arenaflex Agent Team Member, you will be responsible for:
* Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, providing personalized service and support to meet their unique needs and goals
* Conducting needs-based reviews to educate customers about insurance options and financial services, identifying opportunities to provide value and drive growth
* Developing leads, scheduling appointments, and marketing appropriate products and services to meet customer needs
* Collaborating with the arenaflex team to achieve sales and customer service goals, driving business growth and expansion
* Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Staying up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services, ensuring that customers receive the most relevant and effective solutions

**Compensation and Benefits**
The salary range for this position is $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. arenaflex offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as paid time off and flexible hours.
