**About the Role**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will join a team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about delivering a seamless customer experience with empathy and respect. You will be responsible for taking inbound calls from customers about their life assurance, savings, investments, or pension plans. Whether assisting customers plan for retirement, accessing investments, updating personal information, or supporting families during bereavements, you will ensure a seamless experience during the moments that matter.
