**What You'll Be Doing...**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding customer service to both our customers and internal teams. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, and your exceptional communication skills, product knowledge, and problem-solving abilities will be essential in resolving their queries and concerns.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
* Assisting customers by answering questions related to accounts, procedures, and services via telephone or email
* Providing excellent customer service to both customers and arenaflex personnel
* Performing accounts receivable duties, including calling on outstanding accounts, processing credits and exchanges, and resolving account conflicts through arenaflex's escalation process
* Partnering and providing administrative support to arenaflex's Sales Department
* Performing basic data entry and other administrative duties
**What We're Looking For...**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities that align with our company culture and values. Here are some of the key qualifications we're looking for:
* 2 years of Customer Service experience in an administrative setting (preferably)
* Prior Accounts Receivable experience (highly encouraged)
* High School diploma or GED equivalent (recommended)
* Verbal and written communication skills: professional telephone and email etiquette
* Essential skills: active listener, responsive, and personable
* Computer skills: proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products (i.e., Outlook, Excel, Word, TEAMS, etc.)
* Time management and organizational skills with attention to detail
* A collaborative, team-player capable of working independently
* Problem solver in a dynamic environment
* Comfortable performing basic mathematical skills (i.e., adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, etc.)
