**Job Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Service Representative and Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Performing data entry tasks in EMR, including preparing information for data entry and maintaining data entry requirements by following data program strategies
* Providing entry-level administrative support to the data entry function, including performing high-volume data entry work and completing clerical functions or data entry jobs
* Operating data entry devices to perform a range of keypunching data entry and verification tasks, including reviewing and confirming data before entry
* Performing daily audits and data entry adjustments, as well as ensuring timely data entry and file management
* Training new data entry employees on computer systems and performing regular clerical and data entry functions
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including data entry of credits, new applications, and other relevant information
* Collaborating with dealers to ensure data entry is accurate and complete
* Deleting data entry mistakes and making corrections as needed
**Key Skills and Qualifications:**
* Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain high-quality standards
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
* Proficiency in data entry software and systems, including EMR and other relevant tools
* Ability to learn new skills and adapt to changing requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, data entry, or a related field; experience working in a remote or virtual environment a plus
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience working in a healthcare or medical-related field
* Familiarity with EMR systems and data entry software
* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Experience working with diverse populations and stakeholders
* Ability to speak multiple languages
