**Job Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative Agent, you'll have the flexibility to participate in discussions online or in-person, depending on the study requirements. Your responsibilities will include:
* Showing up at least 10 minutes prior to discussion start time
* Participating by completing written and oral instructions
* Completing written surveys provided for each panel
* MUST actually use products and/or services, if provided, and be ready to discuss prior to meeting date
**Key Topics and Focus Areas**

* Child Related (individuals with children 18 years or younger)
* Cell Phones (Apple, Android, or Windows...Prepaid or Contract)

**Qualifications and Requirements**
To be eligible for this role, you'll need to meet the following qualifications:
* Must have either a smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on your desktop/laptop

* Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
