You'll work from the comfort of your own home, using your smartphone or desktop/laptop with webcam to participate in online discussions or in-person meetings. With flexible scheduling and no minimum hours required, you can choose to work part-time or full-time, depending on your needs and availability.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative Agent with arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
* Participating in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and market research assignments
* Completing written and oral instructions, as well as written surveys, for each panel
* Using products and/or services provided, and being prepared to discuss them prior to meeting dates
* Showing up at least 10 minutes before discussion start time
* Participating fully in discussions, both online and in-person
* Providing honest and constructive feedback on products and services
