**Job Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and concerns
* Conducting thorough telephone screenings to understand customer needs and preferences
* Engaging in positive interactions with customers, providing exceptional service, and building strong relationships

**Key Requirements:**
* 18 years of age or older
* Eligible to work in the United States
* Willingness to consent to a background check
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently in a home office environment with minimal distractions
* Proficiency in computer navigation and software applications
* Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 30Mbps download and 10Mbps upload
* Laptop or desktop computer with 8GB of RAM, Windows 10/11 Home or Pro operating system, and Google Chrome installed
* USB headset with boom mic, webcam (built-in or external USB), and a quiet workspace
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Previous customer service experience in a call center or similar environment

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

**Compensation and Benefits:**
* Starting pay: $11.50 per hour with pay increases after 30 days and 6 months of employment
