**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, including students and alumni. You'll handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, chats, and texts, and work closely with our team to resolve customer issues and concerns. Your primary duties and responsibilities will include:
* **Be highly productive and meet outbound and inbound telephone call productivity needs**: Meet or exceed your daily and weekly call targets, while maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
* **Ability to use telephones, email, chat, and text communication with customers**: Utilize a range of communication channels to engage with customers, including phone, email, chat, and text.
* **Provide timely and professional response to all written communication**: Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails, chats, and texts, and ensure that all written communication is clear, concise, and accurate.
* **Properly utilize CRM system for technical inquiries with follow-up for customer resolution**: Use our CRM system to track and resolve customer issues, and follow up with customers to ensure that their concerns are addressed.

**Requirements**
