Our mission is to empower individuals to achieve their educational and career goals, and we're committed to making a positive impact in the lives of our customers. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Providing best-in-class customer service to arenaflex's various lines of business, including Student Enrollment Management, Alumni Placement Verification Services, and Default Management * Handling inbound and outbound customer calls, with a focus on resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner * Utilizing arenaflex's CRM system to track customer interactions, update records, and provide follow-up support as needed * Initiating calls to Federal loan servicers to resolve repayment options for customers with Federal student loans * Comprehending training material on various topics and sharing new concepts and content with colleagues * Adhering to all federal and state laws governing the industry, as well as client Statement of Work standards and company guidelines and policies * Attaining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monthly performance goals **What You Need to Succeed** To excel as a Customer Service Representative, you'll need: * A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and helping others * Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain rapport with customers * Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment * Self-motivation and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations * Ability to operate and navigate various technical devices and systems * Troubleshooting skills to resolve common computer issues **Why Join Our Team?** arenaflex is an employee-driven organization that values open communication, feedback, and collaboration.
